RAM Mounts Lift Truck Overhead Guard Base (RAM-335) gives you a solid mounting point for a RAM ball on most forklift cages and overhead guards. It consists of two identical stamped steel plates with many common hole patterns and slots that make installation straightforward. The plate accepts C (1.5"), D (2.25") and E-size RAM ball bases, and up to two balls can be fitted to the same plate – for example for a vehicle-mount terminal and a scanner holder.
📦 What's in the box – RAM-335
- Overhead guard base – 2 identical stamped, powder-coated steel plates
- Bolts – 4× 3/8"-16 x 4" and 4× 5/16"-18 x 1" zinc-plated hex bolts
- Nuts and washers – 4× 3/8"-16 and 4× 5/16"-18 hex nuts, 4× 3/8" and 4× 5/16" lock washers, 8× 3/8" and 4× 5/16" flat washers
- Ball base hardware – 4× #10-24 machine screws and 4× #10-24 nyloc nuts
💡 To get started, you might also consider a RAM D-size round ball base or a C-size round ball base for the plate, plus a D-size socket arm and the holder for your terminal.
