Datalogic CODiScan Barcode Scanner (HS7600SR)

The Datalogic CODiScan is an ultra-light (44 g) Bluetooth wearable scanner that turns barcode scanning into a hands-free task. Worn on the hand with an adjustable trigger or on a lanyard at the neck, belt or pocket, it reads 1D and 2D codes with a smart aiming system, confirms every read with Datalogic's Green Spot, high-visibility LEDs, beep and vibration, and runs up to 16 hours (12,000 scans) on one charge. Compared with a traditional handheld scanner it saves up to 4 seconds per scan and cuts errors by up to 33%. This version, HS7600SR, is the Standard Range model for everyday 1D and 2D labels at close range and arm's length (up to 110 cm).

• Standard range 2D imager – a 1280 × 960 pixel sensor with a wide 42° × 32° field of view reads 1D and 2D barcodes quickly at close range and arm's length, e.g. EAN/UPC 13 mil from 4.5 to 74 cm – ideal for picking from shelves and totes.
• Only 44 g, truly hands-free – the minimal module sits on the back of the hand; workers no longer pick up and put down a scanner, saving up to 4 seconds per scan and up to 1.5 tonnes of lifted weight per shift.
• Flexible mounting – adjustable one-size hand trigger for the right or left hand (bare hand or over work gloves, 5 million trigger hits, washable fabric with removable electronics) or an extensible lanyard for neck, belt or pocket; the multifunction key shows battery and connection status.
• Smart aiming and complete feedback – the aiming system frames the right barcode before reading; Datalogic Green Spot on the code, two lateral LED blades and a rear LED, an adjustable 85 dBA beeper and vibration for quiet areas confirm every read – up to 33% fewer errors.
• Two shifts on one charge – up to 16 hours or 12,000 scans with a 640 mAh battery that recharges in about 2 hours; choose a 1-slot USB cap charger, modular 2-slot chargers (up to 6 slots on one power supply) or a 12-slot station.
• Bluetooth 5.2 and Datalogic Gateway – BLE/Classic connection up to 100 m; pair with Android devices via the Aladdin app, or connect up to 7 scanners to a PC (USB) or the cloud (Wi-Fi, MQTT/WebSocket) via Gateway Connect.
• Rugged for the warehouse – IP54, 1.8 m drops onto concrete, 1,000 tumbles, IK06 impact resistance and operation from −20 °C to 50 °C.
• Easy to configure and service – Aladdin web page, stand-alone software and mobile app for settings and firmware; Datalogic EASEOFCARE 3- or 5-year service plans also cover the battery.
