The Honeywell Xenon Ultra 1962h is the healthcare version of Honeywell's premium cordless Bluetooth® Xenon Ultra 1962 2D handheld scanner and the successor to the Xenon XP 1952h. Designed for the bedside, it reads damaged barcodes – even on blood and IV bags – at the first attempt, and its High Density (HD) optics capture small, dense codes on medication, wristbands and specimen tubes. Its white anti-microbial, disinfectant-ready housing can be cleaned regularly with a wide variety of cleaning solutions, and patient-friendly modes such as Patient Do-Not-Disturb, vibration feedback and Scan Lamp help keep patients undisturbed. Cordless operation keeps cables away from patients, family members and expensive equipment in congested patient rooms and ICUs. This version, 1962HHD-5USB-9, is a complete USB kit with a replaceable 3,300 mAh Li-ion battery, the white desktop/wall-mount charge and communication base and a 2.7 m USB cable – everything you need to start scanning cordlessly at your PC.

Technical Specifications

Not sure which version you need? Choose the presentation base for hands-free scanning at the nurses' station, admission desk or pharmacy counter, the wireless (Qi) charging version when scanners and bases are disinfected often – it has no exposed charging contacts – and the desktop/wall-mount base where desk space is tight, for example on the wall of a patient room.
