Citizen CMP-30II Mobile Receipt & Label Printer

The Citizen CMP-30II is a 3-inch mobile receipt and label printer for retail, hospitality, route sales and delivery teams that want full-width receipts, bills and delivery notes printed at the table, the queue or the customer's door. It prints 203 dpi direct thermal with no ribbon, comes in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cable-only versions, and every model includes USB and RS232. The Bluetooth version is certified for iOS, so it pairs with iPhone and iPad as well as Android devices and handheld terminals.

Which version?

  • CMP30IIB… — Bluetooth, iOS certified. Prints from the phone, tablet or handheld the same person carries.
  • CMP30IIW… — Wi-Fi. Prints from a POS system or server on the site network.
  • CMP30IIX… — USB and RS232 only, for a fixed or vehicle-mounted cable connection.

Part numbers ending in …CL are the CMP-30IIL label version: with a gap sensor they print die-cut labels as well as receipts. Part numbers ending in …CX are receipt-only, with a black-mark sensor for continuous and black-mark receipt paper.

CMP-30II or CMP-20II?

Both share the same connectivity options. Choose the CMP-30II when you want 3-inch receipts with room for itemised bills and delivery details; choose the CMP-20II when a smaller, lighter 2-inch printer is enough.

All CMP-30II printers below are CE certified and covered by manufacturer warranty. Direct thermal print fades over time, so it suits receipts and delivery notes rather than permanent records.
