HONEYWELL

Honeywell LNX3 Mobile Label Printer

The Honeywell LNX3 is a compact battery-powered mobile label printer built to be worn and used all shift. It prints labels where the work happens — at the shelf, on the dock, in the van — so there is no walk back to a desktop printer and no batch of labels to match up afterwards.

  • Compact battery-powered mobile label printer built to be worn and used all shift
  • Direct thermal at 203 dpi with a colour display
  • Bluetooth 5.0, NFC tap-to-pair and USB-C on both versions; LNX3-1 adds Wi-Fi
  • 2800 mAh hot-swap battery, USB charger and belt clip included
  • Shelf-edge, carton, pallet and service labels printed at the shelf, on the dock or in the van

What it is for

  • Retail — shelf-edge labels, price changes and markdowns printed at the shelf
  • Warehouse and logistics — carton and pallet labels applied at receiving, re-labelling at the dock
  • Field service and delivery — asset and service labels printed on site
  • Inventory — labelling items as they are counted, not in a second pass

Which version should you choose?

Both models print at 203 dpi using direct thermal, and both include Bluetooth, NFC and USB. The difference is Wi-Fi.

Model Connectivity Choose when
LNX3-1 Bluetooth + Wi-Fi + NFC + USB Print jobs come from a server or shared system, or the printer needs to be reachable on the site network
LNX3-0 Bluetooth + NFC + USB Printing from a handheld, phone or tablet carried by the same person — the usual mobile setup, and the lower-cost option

NFC is worth noting: pairing is done by tapping the device against the printer rather than working through Bluetooth settings. On a shop floor where staff swap devices between shifts, that removes a support call.

Direct thermal print fades over time, so the LNX3 suits shelf, picking and logistics labels rather than asset tags that must stay readable for years.

All LNX3 printers below are CE certified and covered by manufacturer warranty. Matching thermal labels are available from stock.
