Zebra RS6100 Wireless Ring Barcode Scanner (RS61B0-KEENXWR)

The Zebra RS6100 is Zebra's most powerful and versatile Bluetooth wearable scanner – a tiny ring scanner of just 70 g that reads 1D and 2D barcodes from 5 cm up to 12.2 m with its SE55 Advanced Range engine. It pairs in seconds with Zebra mobile computers such as the WT6300 wearable or TC2x/TC5x handhelds using NFC tap-to-pair, and also connects to any Bluetooth smartphone, tablet or PC. This version, RS61B0-KEENXWR, comes with the enterprise hand mount (hand wrap sold separately) and the extended 735 mAh battery for long shifts and cold environments down to −30 °C.

Key Features

• Hands-free scanning – worn on the finger or on the back of the hand, the RS6100 lets workers keep both hands on the goods while they pick, lift and sort.
• Advanced range: 5 cm to 12.2 m – the SE55 1D/2D engine with IntelliFocus technology reads barcodes on items in hand and on the top shelf of a rack – more than double the range of the RS6000.
• Reads difficult barcodes – Zebra PRZM Intelligent Imaging captures scratched, dirty, damaged, poorly printed, low-contrast and shrink-wrapped codes, and the 2688 × 1520 sensor also reads very small, dense barcodes.
• Enterprise hand mount – a snug, secure custom fit with hand wraps in several sizes for right and left hands; the scanner position on the hand can be adjusted for perfect balance and the best scan angle.
• Five interchangeable wearing styles – single trigger, double trigger, back of hand mount, enterprise hand mount and lanyard trigger; mounts can be swapped at any time and are shared with the RS5100.
• Instant pairing – just tap and go – tap the RS6100 on an NFC-enabled Zebra mobile computer to pair, with no pairing barcode or Bluetooth menu needed.
• Bluetooth 5.2 with BLE – connects to Zebra handheld, wearable, tablet and vehicle-mount computers or to any Bluetooth smartphone, tablet or PC (HID); Wi-Fi Friendly Mode prevents interference with Wi-Fi networks.
• Extended 735 mAh battery – the PowerPrecision+ battery powers longer shifts and operation down to −30 °C; it is removable, so a fresh battery is swapped in within seconds.
• Small and practically weightless – just 70 g with the standard battery and less than half the size and weight of its predecessor, the RS6000.
• Built for warehouses, docks and freezers – IP65 sealing, multiple 1.8 m drops to concrete across the entire operating temperature range and 1,000 tumbles; triggers are rated for millions of actuations.
• Personal triggers and programmable LEDs – the modular two-piece design lets every worker have their own trigger for better hygiene, and four programmable RGB LEDs on the back confirm scans and guide users.
• Easy upgrade from the RS5100 – RS5100 batteries, single and double triggers, mounts and the 8- and 40-slot battery chargers also work with the RS6100.

Ideal Applications

• Warehouse order picking, put-away and replenishment – with both hands free
• Goods receiving, sorting, cross-docking and truck loading in distribution centres
• Cold stores, freezers and outdoor docks – rain, snow, heat and subzero cold
